In order to keep costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the contiguous United States
We will not surprise you with hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay - with one exception: if you are shipping an order to a state that collects Sales Tax Exclusive, we are required to charge sales tax.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, any associated shipping costs will be listed in your Cart, alongside the pricing details, and during checkout.
Due to shipping constraints, non-standard or large items might not be eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for shipments bound for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.
Certain products we offer carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order. Total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout.
Order amount for promotional shipping doesn't include, and doesn't apply to, gift cards, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 Business Days of receipt of cleared funds. Once an order has been received by the carrier, we will advise you of its Tracking Code so you can follow the shipment and see its transit progress. Please allow six to twelve hours for the tracking information to propagate.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
We are unable to ship orders to a PO BOX or to a MILITARY ADDRESS.
PACKAGES DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING WHILE IN TRANSIT
If you have a suspicion that your parcel has been lost or is missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Inspect all packages for damage before signing for a delivery or initiating a Return. If damage is visible, reject the delivery, have the carrier note the damage and contact PowerSupplyUSA as soon as possible. Any damages incurred through shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
If a product is received with manufacturer defects please contact PowerSupplyUSA as soon as possible so we can contact the manufacturer. A replacement will be shipped to you under the respective manufacturers’ policy
RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
PowerSupplyUSA will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused. Return shipping costs will be paid by the client. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
PowerSupplyUSA provides a 30 day warranty period. If you would like to initiate a warranty claim, the claim should be submitted within 30 days of you receiving the package.
Upon receiving the products for a warranty claim, we will process the claim within 7 business days.
All Return shipping is pre-paid for by the client, however, we will reimburse you once a warranty claim is successful.
