RETURNS POLICY

SATISFACTION   GUARANTEE

PowerSupplyUSA offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchases, unless otherwise indicated in product details. You can return most items for a Refund or Store Credit within 30 days of delivery. Clients wishing to return a purchase, must follow the Product Return procedures detailed below.

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any breach of PowerSupplyUSA’s Returns Policy will result in the loss of PowerSupplyUSA's refund/ replacement guarantee. Return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from Delivery Date for a full refund or Store Credit for the purchase price, less shipping fees.

Customers must inform PowerSupplyUSA of any order discrepancy within 30 days from the delivered date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation.

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for all Returns.

PowerSupplyUSA does not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days during which time the Return must be received by PowerSupplyUSA.

RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. These terms apply to all Returns.

Most products are shipped with a replacement guarantee unless otherwise noted in the product listing. To return a product in compliance with PowerSupplyUSA's Satisfaction Guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the 30 day Guarantee Return Period for the product.

All RMA requests must be filed online. PowerSupplyUSA will not accept Returns without prior authorization and a RMA number.

Clients should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Any damages incurred through shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for delivery or arranging for acceptance of a package.

If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact PowerSupplyUSA as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible. If a product is received with manufacturer defects please contact PowerSupplyUSA as soon as possible so we can contact the manufacturer. A replacement will be shipped to you under the respective manufacturers’ policy

Clients are solely responsible for shipping any returned product to PowerSupplyUSA and agree to use carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the value of the entire shipment.

Clients agree to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.

Clients agree that all returned products will be 100% complete, unused in re-saleable condition, and will include the original undamaged packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

If any component of the returned product is missing, or if the product has been used, PowerSupplyUSA’s Return Protocol will have been breached and PowerSupplyUSA may, in its sole discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing components.

If you return an order that has been shipped to you under a Free Shipping offer, you will be charged the actual shipping fees incurred to ship your order. PowerSupplyUSA will not refund the original shipping charges.

Any orders over $2,000 in value, or more than 10 items are not eligible for return. These items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT RETURNS

All orders placed through International Checkout are final with the exception of items that have manufacturer defects. Please contact International Checkout at Service@PowerSupplyUSA.net to see if your item is covered under a Manufacturers Warranty.

REFUNDS

Once your Return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection status of your Refund.

If your items are valued over $75, a trackable shipping service should be used and shipping insurance should be obtained. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in good order without Tracking and Insurance.

If your Refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit notice will be submitted to your credit card or other original method of payment, within 10 days.

If an expected Refund has not been received, please re-check your credit or banking account again. It may take some time before your Refund is officially posted. If you have still not received your refund, please contact us at Service@PowerSupplyUSA.net.

EXCHANGES

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered Defective. We will replace items if they arrive Defective or Damaged.  Manufacturing defects found after 30 days of your order date will be directed to the Manufacturers Warranty.

To Exchange a Defective or Damaged item for another copy of the same product, please send us an email at Service@PowerSupplyUSA.net requesting an Exchange.

We will provide you with instructions and a shipping label to return your Exchange item. The transit time for an accepted Exchange product to reach you, may vary.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE

Physical damage to any product purchased from PowerSupplyUSA will void our Return Policy and any Warranty Coverage provided by the manufacturer. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.

WARRANTIES

Products are sold “As Is” and with “All Faults”. PowerSupplyUSA is a distributor/ facilitator/ expediter. We are not manufacturers. Products are warranted in accordance with each Manufacturer’s Individual Warranty and Support Policy.

The Customer acknowledges that they shall have recourse only under such warranties and only against the Manufacturer.

PowerSupplyUSA makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product, except those stated herein.

PowerSupplyUSA disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any product, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "WITH  ALL FAULTS."

SHOULD ANY ITEM PROVE DEFECTIVE, DOES NOT FUNCTION, OR FUNCTIONS IMPROPERLY IN ANY WAY, THE BUYER, AND NOT POWERSUPPLYUSA, WILL BEAR THE COST OF SERVICING OR REPAIR BEYOND THE SCOPE OR DURATION OF THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PowerSupplyUSA’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) sold.

PowerSupplyUSA shall not be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity, or contribution, or any other claims relating to the products it sells, which exceeds this liability limit.

PowerSupplyUSA shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delay, interruption of service, or loss of business, whether or not PowerSupplyUSA has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.
